About the Author
Amy started what now is a long line of landmen in her family. Her sister Tami found Amy her first land job in 1985 with Tonkawa Land and soon she began leaning on Tami and later Dawna when she needed help with large projects. These projects led to full time jobs and all still enjoy careers as Landmen.
When Amy's daughter Bethany was old enough to press the buttons on a copy machine, she helped put lease packs together, navigated the arduous task of filing, and assisted in many projects. Bethany has also built a career in land and has two young daughters that help her during the summers and enjoy the work. Amy is proud of all of her family and eternally grateful for their continued support.
During an interview for the 75th Anniversary of OCAPL, Amy joked that since the early 1990s she and Tami, Tami and Dawna, or she and Dawna have consistently worked together.
